The overall objective:

• is to promote a sustainable economic development region of Romania-Bulgaria border (counties as Teleorman and Giurgiu in Romania and the district of Veliko Tarnovo in Bulgaria) in order to reduce the peripheral character, by increasing the cross-border cooperation between the representatives organization of the business environment.
  

The specific objective:

• is to create a CRDA platform, for economic development as centers / regional offices for economic development in agriculture area on strengthening operational field-border cooperation. In this case there will be established a network and different work mechanisms, as foundation of the CRDA platform.

Target group: 

• 200 economic agents, SME’s, other forms of independent activities wishing to access financing funds, advices and assistance in agricultural domain, regarding European Union legislation;
• representatives organisations of business domain; research institutions and higher level education, which want to improve thier results of Research-Development by thier disemination to SME’s and economic agents.  

Estimated results: 

• A network between CCIA Teleorman and its partners in the project;
• A CRDA center in Alexandria and 2 CRDA pilot offices in Giurgiu and Svishtov;
• Organize workshops with themes like financial sources, economic development in agriculture area and EU legislation;
• Organize 3 fairs / exhibitions in Alexandria, Giurgiu and Svishtov;
• 1 breviary in business domain RO-BG (150 printed and 300 - multimedia CD’s) file - file format A4;
• website for CRDA – foe the Pilot Center and the 2 offices; 

Project activities: 

• Organisation and management;
• Acquisition of goods and services;
• CRDA foundation with the central office in Alexandria and 2 pilot offices in Svishtov and Giurgiu, by the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Teleorman County and Giurgiu County and Business Center Svishtov;
• Organizing 3 workshops (Alexandria, Giurgiu and Svishotv);
• Organizing 3 fairs in Alexandria, Giurgiu and Svishotv;
• Organizing the economic mission called - "VECINATATEA"
• Accomplishing the actions and the promotional materials (office, media articles and CRDA website;
• Conference on the results of the project and the way in which certain activities in the project will continue; Evaluare finala si audit;
• Assessment and the final audit.
